Try asking yourself the usual questions you ask yourself everyday; only this time, let the water flow down your skin and let it soothe you. Close your eyes, and focus on the water that’s hugging your entire body and listen to the peaceful answers that have already been in your head this whole time.
Shower is a huge form of meditation. Unknown to many, water is a big part of our mind’s serenity. It may take some time, especially if one is not used to taking a long while taking a shower. Instead of cleaning yourself just for necessity, try cleansing your mind while you are cleansing your body.
